Each fall, New Orleans gathers for one of its most spirited traditions: Shuck Cancer — a night of oysters, music, and generosity. Since 2018, the event has raised more than three million dollars for the American Cancer Society’s Access to Care program, which provides Louisiana patients with transportation, lodging, and vital treatment support.

This year, James is honored to serve as a 2025 Shucker, joining a group of locals championing the cause through personal fundraising and community outreach. In that spirit, we’ve designed a limited-edition silk pocket square titled Oysters & Pearls — now available for presale.

Painted in watercolor by Kristen, the design captures the quiet beauty of the Gulf oyster — a reminder that from grit, something luminous can emerge. Each piece is being printed on silk in Italy, finished by hand, and numbered as part of a one-time run. 100% of proceeds will benefit Shuck Cancer and the American Cancer Society’s work across Louisiana.
