At Kilby, we believe that custom suiting is a gentleman’s right of passage. Our garments are designed intentionally in New Orleans in partnership with our clients. They’re crafted using the finest materials from the world’s best mills, and tailored precisely to your body.

Our signature style embodies laidback elegance - lightweight fabrics, half-lined and half-canvassed for the New Orleans heat, with deconstructed shoulders and a refined drape on the body. We pay attention to the details: from pick stitching and custom-designed liners, to meaningful embroidered touches — your monogram, of course, but also perhaps your child’s beloved quote or an inside joke with your best friend.

Step 1 - Book a Consultation

Book a no pressure consultation with us to explore your options. We’d love to host you at our showroom at 3955 Magazine Street, or if you prefer, we can visit you at your home or office.

Step 2 - Design & Fit

Choose from our selection of the finest European fabrics, trimmings, and design options. We’ll work closely with you to craft your ideal garment, ensuring you look and feel your best. Your precise personal measurements will be taken, from which the individual series of patterns for your piece will be created.

Step 3 - Review

Your customized suit, dress shirt, trousers, overcoat, etc. will be ready in 3-6 weeks*. Once they arrive, we will contact you for a follow-up fitting. Together, we review your garments and work out any adjustments that need to be made.

*If you need your garment for a particular date, please be sure to mention this during your consultation so we can try our best to accommodate your needs.

Step 4 - Reorder

Whether you’re looking for a formalwear, an every day suit, or more casual options, reordering is simple. We already have your preferences and patterns on file, so you can contact us directly, or book a consultation here for another appointment.
